It's about where I used to live. About 5 years ago they started building a (completely unnecessary and stupidly zoned) school at the top of the road. A guy got killed, they stopped for a year, then built it anyway. Then the guy who owned most of the land at the upper/middle bit of the road died, and his descendents sold the land to developers.
