The Horror, the Horror

I am attempting to fend off a cold through sheer force of will. And tangerines.

Not doing so well on the whole 'willpower' thing lately, though. I can't seem to get out of bed in the mornings. I'll wake up to my alarm in time to go to breakfast, but then fall asleep again and again, until I'm making myself get out of bed just in time to make it to lunch. And having really weird dreams in the meantime.

Tomorrow is the first day of classes, after this excessively long inter-semester break. I've gotta say, it'll be good to get some structure back into my days. I've pretty much wasted these last couple weeks. I haven't even gotten any reading done. Although I think really I was just so burnt out from all the academic reading, I've preferred other sorts of entertainment. So in that spirit, I've been trying to watch some of the films I've been meaning to watch. I finally saw 'A Clockwork Orange', 'The Third Man' and 'Apocolypse Now'. However I apparently still do not qualify as a film buff, by a long shot.
