Disappearing for a while
A notice to my vast multitudes of readers: I will not be updating for the next couple weeks. Nor will I be reading your journals. Sorry.
I have lots of reading to do, and 2 essays to write, and just so much work I keep getting distracted from. Hence I have decided to ban myself from several websites--including this one--until I've got it all done.
I will also be absent from AIM. If you see me on before November 3rd, kindly tell me to get the fuck off, stop wasting time, and get back to work.
A short update:
Went to Meeting this morning. Couldn't quiet my mind the whole damn time. It's been one of those weeks, you know. In Meeting I felt like a dog in a still pond, my mental paddling making all sorts of splashes and ripples, while the rest of them floated around serenely, like carp.
Ugh. And now to the work. *poof*
